An op-ed by Rob Sobhani in today’s Christian Science Monitor outlines the case for an American-Saudi partnership to save Yemen from becoming a “failed terrorist state.”  Sobhani, President of Caspian Energy Consulting and author of the upcoming book “King Abdullah: A Leader of Consequence,” argues that, “The right course in Yemen is to build good governance and economic development.
